• Products and Services: Due to the personalized nature of orthotic and prosthetic products, returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or if the product is significantly different from the description provided. Custom-made products are non-returnable
• Payments: Payments are processed securely through PayU. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the transaction.
• Shipping and Delivery: Orders will be shipped based on the timeline provided during mutual discussions. Any delays will be communicated directly. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• Return and Refund Policy:  Returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy (see below). Custom-made products, such as personalized prosthetics or orthotics, may not be eligible for returns except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or product misuse. All O&P products should be fitted and prescribed by certified clinicians.

• Information We Collect: When you make a purchase, we collect personal details like your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. We also collect health-related information for customization of O&P products, such as foot or limb measurements, specific customization requirements that may be required for design and production of your product. The details of such information shall be as per the Assessment form that shall be provided after Customer registration. 
• How We Use Data: Personal information is used to process your orders, create customized O&P products, and communicate with you. We may also use your data for improving our website and customer experience. 
  
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. However, we may share it with third-party services like PayU for payment processing or with shipping carriers to deliver your order. Specific Health related data required for product design and production is not shared with third parties. 
  
• Data Security:  We implement strong security measures, including encryption, to protect your personal and payment information.
